Why Should You Take Part?
You should take part in the Big Garden Birdwatch to help birds and other wildlife. By taking part, you can help the RSPB know how birds and other wildlife are doing, as it helps them understand which species are declining, which are increasing, or which have stayed the same.
It can help the RSPB know which species need help, and also helps them to know how species are doing in different parts of the country, this can help them understand or become aware of where and why bird species are declining in the country.
Knowing where and why species of birds are declining can help the RSPB reverse and stop the decline.
