Watch Now: New WWF Video To Save Pangolins!


The WWF has launched a new video to help save Pangolins.


Why Save Pangolins?


Pangolin's today is the world's most trafficked wild mammal.


Sadly, it is estimated that 2.7 million Pangolins are poached every year from the wild, making these cute animals, the mammal which is affected most by the illegal wildlife trade.


Pangolins are poached for their scales and meat.


Pangolins And Their Conservation Status


There are eight different species of Pangolins.


Four of these species are Asian species of Pangolins, and, four of these species are African species of Pangolins. In the wild, Pangolins are found in both Africa and Asia.


Three Pangolin species are critically endangered today.


Three Pangolin species are endangered species today.


And, two Pangolin species are vulnerable to extinction today.


Therefore, all Pangolin species are threatened in one way or another from extinction.


The New WWF Video And Campaign


Due to Pangolins being threatened with extinction and threatened with the illegal wildlife trade, the WWF has launched a new video and campaign to help save Pangolins.


The campaign is called 'Save the Pangolins'.
