They want the money to be used so that businesses can 'build back greener'.

The money is to help the greenest businesses thrive during this time.
The money will be invested all across in the UK - the money will be invested from Scotland, to England, as a way for businesses become more environmentally friendly and help the environment. It is a way to help create new jobs across the UK which are greener and help create clean growth projects and new technologies to help us to tackle climate change.
