A petition was set up called 'Protect the Hedgehogs Dwindling Population Before It Is Too Late'. Over 108,000 people have signed this petition.
The petition asks the UK government to give hedgehogs more protections because the hedgehog population is declining in the UK and now they are vulnerable to extinction.
