There is heartbreaking news today from the Faroe Islands.
It has been reported that the Faroe Islands has cruelly and senselessly killed almost 1,500 dolphins recently. The total number of dolphins killed on the Faroe Islands recently has been 1,428 dolphins, these dolphins were from a superpod of dolphins.
The dolphins that were killed are called white-sided dolphins.
Atlantic white-sided dolphins are known to exist in pods that have hundreds or even thousands of dolphins. These beautiful dolphins are found in the North Atlantic.
