Scotland's Unique Rainforests Are To Be Restored 💚🌳

Forest

There is good news, as Scotland's unique rainforests are to be restored.

Today, there is estimated to be only 2% of Scotland's rainforests left, therefore, with the hope of this proposal to restore Scotland's rainforests, we can see this unique ecosystem be expanded and restored.

This rainforest is home to animals such as the endangered red squirrel.

The move to restore Scotland's rainforests come as over 100 leaders at the COP26 climate summit pledged to stop deforestation by 2030.

Preserving and restoring ecosystems like these rainforests helps to save wildlife and give animals a place to live. These ecosystems are also worth saving for the environment and for the ecosystems own intrinsic beauty.
