A petition to help save the UK's Hedgehogs has received over 100,000 signatures.
The petition is addressed to the UK government and parliament and is called 'Protect the UK's dwindling hedgehog population before it's too late'.
The petition calls on the UK government to give Hedgehogs in the UK further protections, this is because of the Hedgehogs declining population in the UK and, because Hedgehogs have now be classed as vulnerable to extinction in the UK.
With more protections for Hedgehogs and more work being done to help save and protect Hedgehogs in the UK, hopefully we can stop their decline and start to see their recovery. You can also help Hedgehogs at home.
