There are people in Hong Kong that are trying to save hamsters.
It has been reported that hamsters are being culled there, because of the coronavirus. So far, it is estimated that over 2,500 pet hamsters have been culled.
The move to cull these hamsters has been criticized by many.
Other people have offered to help the hamsters, as thousands of people in Hong Kong have volunteered to help rescue and save these hamsters.
