Mental Health Awareness Week: Connect With Nature

Forest

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week.

Mental Health Awareness Week is taking place from the 10th of May until the 16th of May. The theme for this year's Mental Health Awareness Week is: nature.

Spending time in nature not only helps us enjoy and appreciate nature, it also benefits our mental and physical health.

Spending time in nature can improve our happiness levels. It can also help reduce things like stress and anxiety.

Therefore, getting outside into nature is a great idea.

Spending time in nature also helps us to appreciate nature and wildlife and connect with nature and wildlife.

Mental Health Awareness Week is a great time for getting out into nature and building from that, to spend as much time in nature as possible. It's the little things in life - such as watching a sun setting or listening to birds singing while you are out on a walk - which are the big things in life.

Happy Mental Health Awareness Week.
