Loch Lomond

Loch Lomond national park pledges to become net zero by 2030.

Loch Lomond is one of the very few national parks that Scotland has today. Scotland has two national parks. The two national parks that Scotland has is the Cairngorms national park and, the loch Lomond & the Trossachs national park.

There are also 45 national nature reserves in Scotland.

The loch Lomond national park aims to become a net zero organisation by 2030. They have said that they will reduce their emissions by doing stuff like using solar panels and having electric cars to reduce their carbon emissions.

The park has already reduced their carbon emissions by 38% since 2014 and, they have said that they could move to be a net zero organisation before 2030.
