These different species of kangaroos include - the red kangaroo, the western grey kangaroo, and the eastern grey kangaroo.
Of all the kangaroo species, red kangaroos are the biggest kangaroo species, these beautiful animals are found in ecosystems like rainforests.
Western grey kangaroos are found in west Australia; these cute kangaroos live in coastal ecosystems.
Eastern grey kangaroos can be found living throughout most of eastern Australia, including being found on some of the island of Tasmania.
World Kangaroos Day is not only a day to raise awareness about kangaroos, it is also a day to celebrate these amazing animals!
