The bans won't happen right away. Instead, it will be over the next few year's the bans will happen. For example, mink farming in France will be phased out, by 2025 within France.
These changes are great news for animals, as the bans on mink farming, animals in travelling circuses and dolphin and orca captivity, will stop the unnecessary suffering of many animals.
