Deforestation In The Amazon Rainforest Has Increased This October 🌳

Amazon Rainforest

There is sad news about the Amazon rainforest, as it has been reported that deforestation in the Amazon rainforest has INCREASED this October.

This comes at the same time as the highly anticipated COP26 climate summit, where over 100 world leaders pledged to stop deforestation by 2030.

The deforestation in the Amazon rainforest last month in October was higher than the deforestation which had occurred in October 2020.

Deforestation last month had increased by 5%, compared to the deforestation that occurred during October 2020 in the Amazon rainforest.

It is worrying and sad news that deforestation has increased last month. It is sad that we are seeing the destruction of a beautiful ecosystem.

The Amazon rainforest is a beautiful ecosystem that has stunning natural beauty. That natural beauty includes the plant life which exists in the Amazon rainforest and the animal life which exists in the Amazon rainforest.

Beautiful Toucan

The Amazon rainforest is home to many cute, beautiful and majestic animals. These animals include - Toucans, Sloths, Jaguars, Parrots, spider monkeys and many more.

When the Amazon rainforest is destroyed, we lose beautiful animals and animals lose their home. The destruction of the Amazon rainforest has also resulted in many animals becoming endangered. Endangered animals of the Amazon rainforest includes - Giant Otters, Golden Lion Tamarins, the White-Cheeked Spider Monkey and many many more animals in the Amazon that are endangered today.

If we preserve the Amazon rainforest and stop the destruction of the rainforest then these endangered animals in the Amazon rainforest are much more likely to be saved. If we save the Amazon rainforest, then we can prevent the extinction of species that are already on the brink of extinction today.
