There is a lot to be thankful for in nature.

It feels good to do this.
It helps you to enjoy the present moment and appreciate the wildlife and the natural world which is around you. It also helps us to slow our lives down and live a life which is fulfilled, appreciative and one which enjoys the moment.
We can also appreciate the wildlife that comes into our garens.
There are different wild animals that come into our gardens, such as - bees, butterflies, moths, daddy long legs, hedgehogs, birds and so much more.
Drinking some tea and enjoying the wildlife in your garden is also a great way to spend some time in the present moment, to relax and enjoy life.
Taking the time to connect with nature and spend time within it helps us to realize that we are part of this wonderful world and connected to all of the other beautiful life that we share this earth with - from birds, to the trees, to the sky and the sun, we are all connected and are part of the web of life.
