A Woodland Trust Woodland Is At Risk Of Being Destroyed: Here's How You Can Help 🌳

Forest

A Woodland Trust woodland is at risk of being destroyed.

This woodland that is at risk of being destroyed is in Grantham, England. This woodland which is at risk of being destroyed was planted by the Woodland Trust.

This woodland is a risk of being destroyed so that the land can be cleared to make way for houses. According to the Woodland Trust, this could result in 80% of the woodland being destroyed AND the destruction and loss of about 67,000 trees.

The UK is one of the world's most nature depleted countries - much of our forests and wildlife have already been destroyed. Today, we are also in a biodiversity crisis, where species of plants and animals are going extinct at higher than normal levels. Destroying more of our natural world not only destroys beautiful ecosystems like forests but also puts species of plants and animals at risk of becoming extinct.

We should be preserving our natural world and rewilding to help reverse what we can of the biodiversity crisis. Woodlands also provides homes to many animals, without woodlands, animals have nowhere to go.

The Woodland Trust is looking for people to help them save this beautiful woodland. By helping them, you can help save this woodland and the animals that live within it.

To help save this woodland, follow the link in the Tweet below.

Thank you.
