A beautiful rare octopus has been spotted in the wild.
This octopus has been called a 'glass octopus' and looks very unique and magical. This glass octopus is see-through and has what looks like flashing lights on his body.
Glass octopuses have been known to us for just over one hundred years now, they were first spotted in 1918. However, they are elusive and haven't been spotted much and, not much is known about these cool animals.
But, we do know some things about them.
We know that there are two different species of the glass octopus - the first species is called Vitreledonella richardi and was first spotted in 1918, the second species is called Vitreledonella and was first discovered in 1924.
Hopefully, we can learn a lot more about these cool glass octopuses in the future. You can see the video of the glass octopus below!
