Even though the dormouse population is unknown, the dormouse is endangered and thought to be vulnerable to extinction.


Where Are They Found In The UK?


Dormice are only found in just two areas of the UK: they are only found in Southern England, South Wales and on the English and Welsh border in the wild. They are not found anywhere else in the UK, making these cute mice one of the rarest animals in the UK today.
