Balloons and Chinese lanterns are harmful to our wildlife. They are responsible for harming, hurting and even killing wild animals. In some cases, the balloons and Chinese lanterns are also responsible for harming and killing other animals, including pets. The items which are released into the sky, have to find a way back down. Often they find there way into the sea or other marine areas. But, they can also make there way back on land, which can and does harm wild animals and animals.
