Nearly 30,000 more badgers are to be victim of the badger cull in the UK.
The Badger Trust has said that 29,000 more badgers are set to be killed as part of the badger cull, this will result in 11 new badger cull areas being created, and 18 existing ones will continue with the badger cull.
The badger cull began in the UK in 2013, and since then, it is estimated that over 210,000 badgers have been killed as part of the badger cull.
It is estimated that in each badger cull area, between 70% to 90% of badgers are set to be 'culled'.
This is happening during a time when the UK is one of the world's most nature-depleted countries in the world, when their is a biodiversity crisis, and, when there is a climate change crisis.
