The elephant family includes - African elephants and Asian elephants.
African elephants are bigger than Asian elephants.
There are two species of African elephants, they are the African forest elephant, and the African savanna elephant.
Whereas, there are four species of Asian elephants.
The four species of Asian elephants are - the Bornean elephant, the Indian elephant, the Sri Lankan elephant, and the Sumatran elephant.
Today is a great day to celebrate and appreciate these wonderful animals.
Elephants are intelligent and cool.
They are known to express and feel the same emotions we do.
They are also unique, there isn't another animal quite like them, we are lucky to share this world with these amazing creatures.
