There are two main reasons why Hooded Vultures are traded in the wildlife trade: 1) they are traded for traditional medicine, and 2) Hooded Vultures are also caught up in the bushmeat trade. Such threats to Hooded Vultures are threatening the existence of these beautiful animals.
