Millions of square kilometers will be protected thanks to the UK Governments Blue Belt Scheme!
The Blue Belt Scheme from the UK government will help clean up marine environments, which will help marine animals both at home in the UK, and abroad in other countries across the world.
The scheme will also help marine birds, such as Puffins!
The Blue Belt Scheme was started back in 2017 by the UK government, and continues to this day. The aim of the Blue Belt Scheme is to protect marine environments and marine wildlife.
Last year the UK government gave the scheme an extra £7 million to help protect marine environments, marine environments, while also helping oceans become safer and cleaner both in the UK and around the world.
