You may or may not have heard about Veganuary, so what is Veganuary? Veganuary is a way for people to try Veganism for a month: the month of January. If you've wanted to try and be Vegan, then Veganuary is a great time to start, as many other people will be trying the same thing. Because others are trying the same thing, it will give you a sense of belonging and help you through it. You can learn how others are doing with their Vegan diet, and that can help you with your Vegan diet. You can also get tips from other people who are trying Vegan for that month.
Trying to be Vegan during this month can help give you a sense of belonging, and help you with your new found Vegan diet.
This year, marks the seventh year of Veganuary. This Vegan event began in January 2014, and has been going on annually every January since. Last year, Veganuary 2018, was a record breaking year for the event, as it grew by 183%, resulting in just over 168,000 people taking part. And it is still growing bigger, with 190,000 people signing up to take part in Veganuary this year.
And there is still time for the event to get bigger, as you can still sign up! You can take part in Veganuary for the rest of the month.
