New Years Resolutions For Animals

So, 2018 is almost here, we are just a few days away from the new year, which is a perfect time to start making your New Years resolutions. If you are settling down to writer your New Years resolutions for the year ahead, then why not put some animal resolutions in there? You don’t necessarily need money to make some New Years resolutions for animals, you just need to do some things differently in your life. We will look at a few New Years resolutions for animals that you can think about making, they are here to give you some ideas of what you can do.

Animal Entertainment New Years Resolutions

One of the best resolutions that you can make for animals, is to decide to boycott animal forms of ‘entertainment’. Animal ‘entertainment’ includes things such as animals being used to perform in circuses, places like Seaworld, bullfights, horse racing and so on. There are many ways that we can have fun, without harming animals.

Household New Years Resolutions For Animals

Everyday household products that we use to clean our houses, can be tested on animals. But, there are alternatives out there which are not tested on animals. Making such a change can help many animals from being tested on and encourage other companies to change to a more compassionate policy which does not test on animals.

Toiletries New Years Resolutions

Likewise, you can also change the toiletries that you used, to make sure that they are not tested on animals. A product which isn’t tested on animals will usually have a leaping bunny on it. Or, they will say that they are not tested on animals, it will be labelled somewhere on the product. Changing your toiletries and your household products is very easy to do.

A Few Changes

A few changes like these, or, just changing one of them, can lead to a big change. Our behaviours are influential, so, when we start changing our consumer behaviours, then we start to create change for animals and ourselves. We create a more compassionate world for everyone. Small changes in our habits, make big changes for the world around us, including ourselves. We create the world around us by our behaviour and our belief, so if we change those to being more positive and compassionate, then make a more compassionate and positive world! Good luck, happy New Year!!
